Women’s Ministry

Cultivating deep faith in a loving community of women.

Deep Faith. Strong Community. Bold Living for Christ.

At River West, our Women’s Ministry exists to build a community of Christ among women–where deep faith is nurtured through God’s Word, lasting friendships are formed, and lives are shaped to reflect His love in the world.

Our vision is to raise up generations of women who love God’s Word, love one another, and live boldly for the glory of Christ.

WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY

The River

Come to The River and experience a transformative Bible study designed for women of all ages and stages of life. Each week, from September through May, we gather for Spirit-filled worship, live teaching, small group discussion, prayer, and meaningful fellowship. The River follows an inductive approach to Scripture—inviting women to explore the depth of God’s Word, while growing in faith, and discovering the joy of Christian community. Whether you're new to Bible study or a seasoned student of Scripture, please come and join us at The River.

Mary Ann Noack

Mary Ann serves as the Pastor to Women and is a member of the Preaching Team at River West Church. She is passionate about helping people grow in their understanding of God’s Word and learning how to apply His truth to every aspect of their everyday lives. With a deep love for Scripture and a heart for spiritual growth, she brings both theological depth and personal warmth to her teaching and leadership. Mary Ann holds a Master’s degree in Biblical Theology from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon, and a Doctorate in Spiritual Formation from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston, Massachusetts. Her academic training, combined with years of ministry experience, fuels her desire to see others formed into the likeness of Christ. Mary Ann has been joyfully married to her husband Bob for 41 years. They have two grown sons, Adam and Spencer. When she’s not teaching or writing, you can often find her enjoying the outdoors or playing with her three beloved Golden Retrievers.
