River West Church Participation & Liability Notice

River West Church is not the host or organizer of Man Camp. However, because River West is promoting this event, all participants are required to complete a Release of Liability and Participation Agreement prior to registration. This form acknowledges that River West Church is not liable for any aspect of the event, including travel, activities, or lodging. CLICK HERE to sign release and waiver.

Into the Deep Registration

At the end of the release and liability form, participants will be directed to Into the Deep’s registration platform to complete their sign-up and finalize payment.
