The sobering reality amongst the Portland Public School District is that many students in our city go to school each day hungry. Blessings in a Backpack is a ministry partner that equips teams of volunteers to assemble bags of nutritious food that are sent home with students each week.

On April 21st, we are looking for volunteers to help us assemble food bags that will be distributed to students in under-resourced schools in our community. This outreach event is open to folks of all ages.
