Men, this is the last you’ll hear from me for a while.

The River West elders have given me the gift of a three-month sabbatical, which began on January 22nd.*  When Pastor Adam shared the news with me, the first thing he told me was, “Mike, you cannot work while you are on Sabbatical.”  Then he added, “And you can’t use that time to write or get ahead on projects.”

It was like he was reading my mind because that’s exactly what I thought I’d do!   But that would defeat the purpose of having time away.

Please pray that I will receive what the Lord has for me during this time.  I look forward to connecting with you in late April.
