With back-to-school season in full swing, the sobering reality is that many students in our city go to school each day hungry. Blessings in a Backpack is a new ministry partner that equips teams of volunteers to assemble bags of nutritious food that are sent home with students each week. On October 15th we are looking for teams of volunteers to help us assemble food bags that will be distributed to students in under-resourced schools in our community. This outreach is open to folks of all ages.
