After a 3-year hiatus, we're excited to regather at Cannon Beach February 3-5, 2023, for a weekend of spiritual retreat and personal encouragement. You'll enjoy walks on the beautiful sands of Cannon Beach, delicious food, new friendships, quaint shops, loads of laughter, meaningful conversations, uplifting worship, and a series of inspiring messages by Lisa Martin. Together, we'll explore the topic of "Choosing Joy" and pondering:

• Why is joy beneficial to our bodies and souls?
• How does humor enhance our enjoyment of life?
• What threatens to steal our joy?
• What brings God joy?

Lisa Reiff & company will lead us in worship.

The cost of the retreat includes your room, Saturday breakfast, Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast. We'll provide a light meal Friday night and lots of snacks throughout the weekend. Saturday lunch will be at your own expense.

The registration fee is based on occupancy per room:

• One person per room = $300
• Two persons per room = $250
• Three persons per room = $225
• Four persons per room = $200
• Offsite lodging participation fee = $100
