When we look at the life of Jesus, we see that He lived in a rhythm of connecting and serving. As followers of Jesus, we want to follow His way. We desire that our Junior High ministry grows in the practice of serving and responding to the needs of others. 

This August, we are partnering with Because People Matter (BPM) to provide an opportunity for our students to respond firsthand to the needs of our community. Along with adult leaders, students will go to downtown Portland and help serve the community. This trip has been specifically designed for middle school-aged students, and we can assure you that safety is guaranteed! 

We invite you to join us as we step out of our comfort zone and learn what it means to love and serve our community, as Jesus has shown us first. We are excited to see what God has in store for us on this mission trip!
