The River West men's ministry along with the 4th Quarter men's ministry invites you to an online gathering to discuss the importance and benefits of mentoring.  This meeting is for any man at River West who desires growth in an area of his life or wishes to enable growth in another man's life.  Mentoring is a great tool to help in these endeavors.

Our guest speaker, HD Weddel, will share his experiences mentoring men in his professional and Christian communities while motivating all of us to engage in this beneficial activity.  We’ll also hear from Pastor Eric about a mentoring relationship that he entered into in the last few years and how he has benefited from doing so.  
 
Our speaker: HD Weddel is a graduate of Oregon State University where he was on scholarship as a wrestler. He taught and coached wrestling at Neah-Kah-Nie, Tigard, Bend, and McMinnville High Schools.  HD served as chaplain for the Linfield and Oregon State football teams and is currently doing so at Lewis and Clark.  He's been married for 35 years and has two grown daughters.
