We have a God who hears and answers our prayers. So we pray expectantly, believing that His kingdom is breaking into our world. We pray believing that hurting people can be healed and broken cities can be renewed. And as we pray we join Christ in building His Church. As we pray, we partner with God in what He is doing in our world. This is the heart and soul of our faith and the essence of our community. Together—we are learning to pray. And our lives can never be the same!
Here are some opportunities to join us in prayer:

Fill out a Prayer + Support Request below and our Pastors, Elders, and prayer teams (as appropriate) will pray for you. You can also ask for additional support, such as grocery or prescription delivery.
Wednesdays | 12pm | Room 112
This group meets in room 112 at the church every Wednesday from noon to 1:00 PM and worships by lifting up praises and prayer requests that are received by the church and from the people who attend the meetings. This group follows the ACTS model of prayer, Adoration, Confession (privately prayed), Thanksgiving, and Supplication (also called Intercession). All prayers are treated as confidential.
Wednesdays | 6:30pm | Room 113
This group meets in room 113 at the church every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 PM and worships by lifting up praises and prayer requests that are received by the church and from the people who attend the meetings. This group follows the ACTS model of prayer, Adoration, Confession (privately prayed), Thanksgiving, and Supplication (also called Intercession). All prayers are treated as confidential.
Sundays | 8:45am | Sanctuary Prayer Area
This group meets at 8:45 AM in the prayer area of the sanctuary to pray for all aspects of River West Church including pastors, worship team, volunteers, Sunday School, ministries, missionaries, the technical team, those who will be attending one of the services, those who are traveling, ill, or shut in, our city, state, country, and world, and any other subject that God wants us to pray about.
Sundays | After Each Service | Sanctuary Prayer Area
This is a sign-up opportunity to be available a few Sundays each quarter to pray with people who come up for prayer after each service. There is no training required; just come with a servant heart willing to lift up praises and prayer requests to the Lord.
