Speaker: Doug Marshall
Doug has been a pastor for 39 years and is a certified communication instructor, a certified Christian conciliator, and a certified professional coach. Doug has a passion for equipping Christian leaders to communicate and resolve conflict in a way that brings growth in Christ and furthers Christ’s mission. He has recently published a book called “Conversations that Grow” inspired by Ephesians 4:15 which says, Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.

Doug will be sharing about how critical it is to equip ourselves and the church to communicate in ways that bring about growth in our own lives and in the lives of others. The skill of communication has been largely overlooked in our efforts to equip leaders in the church and disciple believers in their walk with Jesus. In order for us to grow up in Christ, we need to learn to speak the language.
